ELK - Elk Merino Long Sleeve Top
An ELK favourite and classic staple, the Merino Wool Long Sleeve Top has been crafted with versatility and comfort in mind. Perfect for layering, the extra fine soft Merino wool keeps you warm and is light weight. The Merino Wool Long Sleeve features a scoop neckline, neat sleeves and a body that is long enough to tuck into pants or skirts. Now available in Pine Green, Pearl Blue and Flax along with our classic colours - Black, Jasper, Olive, Bright Navy and Grey. Refer to the Care Instructions below for proper maintenance of your Merino Long Sleeve Top. The Merino Wool Skin is a cut with a regular fit. As it has been designed as a layering garment we suggest you select your usual size or size down one to two sizes if you'd like it to sit close and fitted to the body. There is alot of stretch in this garment so if you'd like it quite fitted and still comfortable you could easilly size down and it wouldn't be an issue.
Shipping and postage policy.
For all orders under $300 postage is $10.95. For all orders above $300 postage is free of charge.
Delivery of orders will take 5 - 7 working days.
Ladybeetle will not post overseas including New Zealand.
SHIPPING
We send items via Australia Post. We have a flat fee for shipping of $7.95. Please contact the store if you require express shipping for an item.
ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery within Australia. No refunds will be issued however we will offer store credit.
Items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered with tags still attached, unworn, unwashed, no smell of perfume, free of make-up and tan marks. Please take care when trying on any item/s.
Sale items, items purchased with a promotional code and accessories are strictly final.
The customer is liable for all delivery expenses on returned items, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped.
Once we have received the returned item and it has passed inspection a store credit will be issued via email. Ladybeetle reserves the right to reject any returned item if it has been worn, washed, altered, damaged or marked (make-up, tan) and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

For faulty items we follow the Guidelines as set by the ACCC which entitles you to a repair, refund or replacement if your item is deemed faulty. The Supplier may repair the item if this is possible at which point a refund or replacement will not be offered.

If you would like a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved , then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Please be patient with your refund - it may take a few days to show in your account.
If you are wanting an exchange, and we have the item in stock we will send the new item to you and also notify you by email.
